Delivery

DELIVERY CHARGES: 

We charge just €6.95 delivery charge on all orders with An Post . We also aim to deliver to you within 48Hrs  from placing your order. Actually most of our orders arrive the next day with our customers.

HOW LONG FOR MY ORDER TO BE DISPATCHED?

If you place your order prior to 3pm Monday to Friday we aim for same day dispatch. If you order at the weekends then it will be next business day dispatch. 

We use An Post as our main courier so it’s generally Next Day Delivery. 

We also appreciate the use of Eircodes when placing your order this helps with an accurate delivery address.

TRACKING AN ORDER.

When we send you an order dispatch email we always include the An Post tracking number that relates to your order. You can simply input this number into the An Post parcel tracking system on their website and it will give you a live update on where your order is.

RETURNS

If for an reason you need to return your order to us please send us an email to inform us that you are doing so. Simply return it within 30 days of delivery in a saleable condition and we’ll replace it or refund the cost of the item . Make sure that you obtain a proof of posting for the package when sending it back. Unfortunately we do not reimburse you for this cost of return postage. We will then process your refund within 14 days of us receiving it.

Any footwear returned to us must be in its original condition, including boxes and insoles.

Please check the contents of your package on arrival. Should any items be damaged during shipment, it is important that you notify us upon opening the package.  

Should you order a wrong size by mistake , which can happen it’s no problem. Simply just return it to us at the address below and we will happily send you out a different size at no additional cost. Maybe just send us an email to let us know its on the way back and what replacement size you need that we can put it aside for you.
